Jeremy “J” Leman is a former professional football linebacker, football analyst, and successful REALTOR®. Born on March 1, 1985, in Champaign, Illinois, he excelled in football at Champaign Central High School before playing for the University of Illinois from 2003 to 2007. A two-time First-Team All-Big Ten selection and consensus All-American, he led Illinois to the 2008 Rose Bowl.

After going undrafted in the 2008 NFL Draft, Leman signed with the Minnesota Vikings and played for several NFL teams, including the Carolina Panthers, Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers, and Oakland Raiders. He also had a stint in the United Football League with the Florida Tuskers.

Beyond football, Leman pursued education, earning a degree in Speech Communications and a master’s in Human Resource Education. He was recognized as a National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete in 2007. Today, he is a football analyst for the Big Ten Network, sharing insights on college football.

Leman has also built a successful career in real estate as a licensed REALTOR® with eXp Realty in Illinois. He specializes in buying and selling properties in Champaign County, focusing on personal residences and investments.
